My client are seeking an experienced US Casualty Treaty Binder Broker to join a team at a leading global (Re)Insurance broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage and develop US casualty treaty binder accounts while working closely with clients, markets, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Lead the placement and servicing of US casualty treaty binder business within the London and global reinsurance markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with cedents, reinsurers, and capacity providers. Structure, negotiate, and execute reinsurance solutions that meet client objectives. Produce and present client-facing documentation, including placement slips, binders, endorsements, and contract wordings. Collaborate with internal actuarial, analytics, and claims teams to provide innovative solutions and market insights. Support new business development, including identifying opportunities for cross-sell and expanding existing client relationships. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in London and internationally as required. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in US casualty treaty reinsurance broking Strong technical understanding of treaty structures, wordings, and casualty lines. Established relationships within the London Market and with US clients/reinsurers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
