Job Description Financial Accountant Location: Grimsby Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM Salary: Competitive + Benefits About Us Join 2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK's largest food manufacturers, with an annual turnover exceeding £3 billion and approximately 13,000 employees across 16 sites. We have a strong presence in poultry, chilled, and bakery food categories. Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state‑of‑the‑art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn't do it without our team. About the Role As a Financial Accountant, you will work within a team of four and will work closely with our Finance Manager contributing to month‑end activities, audits, budgeting and wider financial operations. Key Responsibilities Support the month‑end process, including management of assigned cost centres Complete balance sheet reconciliations and related financial requests Assist with Group finance audits, ensuring accurate and timely information Manage debt position and review claims to ensure records are kept up to date Support capex projects, ensuring correct documentation and accurate system updates About You You're ready to take the next step in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and have already gained experience in a similar finance role. You thrive in a fast‑paced setting, enjoy working as part of a close‑knit supportive team, bring strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for a career in finance.
