The Campaign Activation Specialist is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels within the EMEA region. Working closely with EMEA campaign and ABM teams, and external agencies, the role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and follow centrally defined communication plans. This role focuses on the hands‑on coordination of campaign activities-from briefing digital agencies and monitoring performance to sharing updates with stakeholders. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across regions and digital platforms. A key part of the role involves executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that target priority accounts through tailored messaging and digital touchpoints., Deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, ensuring alignment with centrally defined communication plans and business objectives Manage day-to-day execution tasks including - briefing digital agencies, handling campaign assets, and ensuring timely delivery across geographies Stay up to date with digital channel trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Bring these insights into campaign planning to enhance relevance, channel mix, and execution effectiveness Implement Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts with tailored messaging and digital touchpoints based on predefined audience segments Co‑manage the day-to-day governance of DS Smith's owned social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, ensuring consistent brand presence and audience engagement Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Content Specialist to deliver and amplify organic content in line with campaign objectives. Partner closely with the communications team and the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure seamless deployment of ABM campaigns through the company's marketing technology stack. Contribute to the evolution of MarTech usage by providing feedback on campaign execution, data flows, and audience targeting strategies. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards. Generate insights and share regular updates with stakeholders to drive transparency and continuous improvement.This is an execution‑focused role, ideal for someone looking to grow in digital marketing through practical experience in campaign delivery, performance tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration.A Degree or professional qualification in Business administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study. Demonstrated experience in executing digital campaigns across multiple channels and geographies Proven ability to manage paid advertising accounts and owned social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to maintain brand consistency and engagement. Experience working with marketing automation tools for campaign activation and personalisation Skilled in collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery Exposure to Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) execution and driving engagement with priority accounts Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Strong understanding of campaign dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements in digital marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
