Your expertise in software architecture, systems analysis, data management, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, database design, and IT project management is crucial for developing high-quality training data that will help democratize education, optimize business systems, and streamline workflows.As an AI Trainer, you will challenge advanced language models on topics like enterprise system integration, information governance, network configuration, cybersecurity frameworks, distributed computing, SDLC, and IT compliance. You will document failure modes to improve model reasoning, converse with the model on real-world IT scenarios, verify technical accuracy, capture error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, AWS, PMP), enterprise deployment experience, or technical writing projects are advantageous. Clear and metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential.We offer a pay range of $6-to-$65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and location. Final offers may vary. As a contractor, you will provide a secure computer and high-speed internet.
