We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about Endpoint & Unified Comms technology, modern engineering practices, and developing people. In this leadership-focused role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Endpoint & Unified Comms Infrastructure Engineers in the design, build and distribution of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring best deployment of knowledge, skills, and capability to meet delivery needs and objectives. You will work closely with architects, other engineering leads, and delivery managers to design, implement, and support secure and robust infrastructure solutions. You'll also play a key role in shaping our infrastructure engineering strategy, driving transformation towards modern endpoint solutions, infrastructure-as-code and automation. You should have: Proven experience leading infrastructure engineers and driving engineering excellence across teams. Strong technical expertise in designing, implementing, testing, and supporting Endpoint & Unified Comms solutions. Demonstrable working experience or knowledge of the following areas: Windows OS, Identity and Access, Teams, Microsoft cloud solutions, Digital Workspace (Enterprise Desktop & Mobility), IT modernisation, Hybrid solutions, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Experience with configuration and change management, incident/problem resolution, and performance optimisation. A deep understanding of modern infrastructure standards and practices, including automation, observability, and continuous deployment. Ability to coach and mentor engineers in adopting new technologies and engineering practices. Experience working with architecture teams to translate high-level designs into operational solutions. Experience collaborating with project managers to plan and execute enterprise-wide change.
