OverviewThe Opportunity: A prestigious and highly regarded law firm in Taunton is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to lead and grow its well-established Private Client team. This senior appointment offers the chance to play a key role in shaping the department’s future, while managing a high-quality caseload and developing strong client relationships.The RoleThe successful candidate will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:Wills, trusts, and estate planningProbate and estate administrationTax and succession planningPowers of attorney and Court of Protection mattersHigh net worth and complex estatesIn addition to fee-earning work, the role will involve team leadership, supervision of junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic development of the department.
