Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Just Mortgages We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser based in Ashford / Maidstone. You must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent. What’s on offer On-target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year with fully uncapped commission scheme Basic salary £22,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience) Guaranteed monthly payments while building a pipeline, for up to 6 months Company car or £250 monthly car allowance Company laptop Bespoke digital marketing package Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development and progression Clear career path Employee 24/7 Assistance Programme Key Skills and Experience Engage with people from all walks of life, establishing their needs and wants via email, phone, face‑to‑face and video social channels Master multitasking and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalize on opportunities and sustain high customer service levels Collaborate with branch peers to identify referral opportunities Take accountability for KPIs and proactively seek new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships Strong on‑camera presence for engaging audiences on video content CeMAP qualification or equivalent (essential) Experience in mortgage and protection advising (essential) Your Responsibilities Generate and maintain client relationships and business, maximize in‑branch opportunities and thrive in a stimulating environment Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client Generate your own leads and business Work with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure efficient client process Provide exceptional client care from beginning to end, going above and beyond to deliver top‑level service Working Hours Full‑time office based Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00 Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00 Day off in lieu when working a Saturday Eligibility & Documentation Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (per Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) Proof of right to work: passport or birth certificate Proof of address National Insurance number Full UK driving licence Subject to passing the probationary period Equal Opportunities At Just Mortgages, variety makes our company DNA come to life.
