Are you a skilled Senior Infrastructure Technician looking for your next long-term opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work for a market leading consultancy in Bath. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects while collaborating with a dedicated and talented team. Experience and the desire to oversee other members of the team will be essential for this role. Management experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Common Data Environments (e.g., BIM360, SharePoint, Aconex, and the OneBH GeoStore).
  2. Compile BIM Execution Plans to ensure project alignment with standards.
  3. Support civil infrastructure design and masterplanning from concept to construction using GIS tools.
  4. Projects typically include drainage, earthworks, highways, pressurised water networks, and utility coordination.
  5. Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth.
About You:
  1. You will bring a solid technical background in infrastructure design and demonstrate expertise in:
  2. Highways, utilities, and earthworks design.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  4. Strong knowledge of BIM processes and standards (e.g., PAS1192-2).
  5. Capability to independently undertake design tasks and communicate effectively with team members.
  6. Previous experience in line managing Civil Infrastructure Technicians.
  7. Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  8. Membership in or active pursuit of professional registration with a relevant institution.
