Joining Waterman Aspen as an NEC ECC Supervisor will see you as a key member of the Aviation team and you can expect :A varied client base where you can apply and develop your skillsBuy-in from clients to assist in your technical progressionFurther exposure to your chosen industry – increasing your awareness, knowledge and sharpening your skillsThe flexibility to broaden your horizons with each new secondment, without changing your employerRegular social events and volunteering opportunitiesExperience required…EssentialNEC ECC Supervisor AccreditationExperience on Aviation projects working airside at major UK airports, including with structural concretes and asphaltsExperience in monitoring the works, witnessing relevant concrete and structural testing and in checking compliance with the Works Information quality clauses and testing requirementsProven history in supervising the planning, execution, and completion of aviation projects under NEC4 ECC contractsAble to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project deliveryExpert in conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsAble to address any issues or disputes that arise during project execution, implementing solutions in a timely mannerDetailed and thorough knowledge of CAA airport design, construction and safety standardsDesirableRelevant bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction managementStrong knowledge of engineering principles, materials and design standardsAble to stay up to date with relevant developments in aviation standards across the industryFlexibility to adapt to new technologiesProficient in negotiating contract terms with the contractor when site-based disputes arise, by using a good working knowledge of the Works Information and working in collaboration with the Project Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
