Responsibilities You will deliver primary care consultations and health assessments to customers of Bupa Health Clinics, ensuring a high‑quality service that delivers high customer satisfaction. Deliver facing‑to‑face health assessments and private GP consultations. Undertake clinical work in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice. Attend and participate in clinical meetings/training sessions as required. Participate in an annual clinical review and competency assessments within Bupa. Work with the Lead Physician on quality improvement activities including audits. Provide clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, including health advisors and administrative staff. Qualifications and Skills GMC GP Registration. A professional, caring manner that extends to patients and colleagues. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate. Current Adult and Children Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate. Member of a Medical Defence Organisation. Strong time management and flexibility. Current experience in general practice with good clinical decision‑making skills. Taking pride in your work and delivering the best possible care. IT proficiency including MS Office, e‑records and e‑prescribing. Regular CPD activities in line with appraisal and revalidation requirements.
