Example of shifts are 1–9pm, 2pm‑10pm, 3pm‑11pm Monday – Thursday and half a day Friday. You’ll never work weekends. Interviews: Interviews to be held in December 2025 Start Date: January 2026 Job Overview We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative with the confidence to make outbound calls, build rapport and support the organisation’s continued growth in a fast‑paced B2B environment. As a Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative you will help generate new leads, arrange appointments for the Field Sales Team and develop strong relationships with potential clients across international markets. Working as a Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative you will enjoy a varied role where you’ll use your communication skills, resilience and enthusiasm for sales to identify opportunities and support business development activities. Duties Making outbound calls: engage potential clients and introduce company services. Generating leads: identify opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Field Sales Team. Building relationships: develop rapport with prospective clients across multiple regions. Gathering information: record key details accurately during calls. Supporting sales activity: help drive B2B sales and appointment setting. Using Microsoft Office: maintain organised records and documentation. Working to targets: meet and exceed agreed performance goals. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or B2B sales. Confident making outbound calls and building rapport. Friendly and professional telephone manner. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Motivated to exceed targets and work well within a small team. Resilient, positive and passionate about sales. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office. Benefits Uncapped commission structure.
