Business Development Representative (London) Join Ardoq as a Business Development Representative. We are growing fast and continuously hiring for BDR roles, so if you’re excited about building relationships and meet the qualifications below, we’d love to connect. Why this role matters As the first touchpoint for future customers, you’ll identify opportunities, create meaningful relationships, and drive partnerships that fuel Ardoq’s success. You’ll report to our Regional Business Development Manager, who will coach and support you as you grow your skills and career in tech sales. Typical responsibilities Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to spot and research new companies to connect with. Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and calls to start conversations with Enterprise Architecture and IT leaders at high‑growth organisations. Run introductory meetings to understand potential customers’ challenges and explain how Ardoq can help. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline and momentum. Book and join product demos, learning the ins and outs of our platform. Keep our CRM up to date with all activity and insights. Occasionally represent Ardoq at events and conferences. We imagine you will bring 1+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced work environment; we’re looking for character and grit. A genuine interest in technology and its impact on businesses. Confidence and curiosity when starting new conversations. A collaborative mindset and love of teamwork. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in English (bonus points for other languages). AI fluency: experience with AI tools for work, study, or fun.
