Customer Service Coordinator Location: Southam, United Kingdom Employment type: Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (with 4:00pm finish on Fridays) Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission scheme (up to £800 per quarter) Key Responsibilities Order capture and processing through telephone, e‑mail and web order portal Handle customer queries concerning products, order status and accounts receivable status Complaint handling Quotations using the CRM system for pricing, etc. Upselling to existing customer base Requirements Proven strong customer service experience in an office environment Great telephone manner and communication skills Enjoy a wide customer service and key account responsibility – ability to create and maintain relationships Hardworking, driven and motivated with ability to work to deadlines Willingness to work in a team and chip in wherever needed Benefits 20 days holiday plus Bank Holiday – an additional day per year of service up to 25 days Bonus scheme Pension plan Life assurance Westfield healthcare cash plan On‑site parking Interested?
