Job Purpose A working supervisor role to oversee and manage a team of electricians on several frameworks to be completed across the Thames Valley region for Thames Water. The Role Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with all overtime paid. Overtime during weekends paid at an inflated rate. Responsible for supervising electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards. Ensure all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans. Follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment and stop work if unsafe circumstances arise. Coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices. Promote and demonstrate Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers and clients. Promote positive health and wellbeing among peers. Act professionally and represent Bridges, supporting business goals and maintaining a positive reputation.
