Key Responsibilities: Leading and developing a team of 3 analysts, building their technical and commercial capabilities Providing strategic financial insight to support business decision-making and growth initiatives Creating compelling financial narratives through advanced data visualisation Business partnering with commercial stakeholders across the retail operation Driving process improvements and building scalable finance capabilities for growth Supporting the wider finance leadership team with ad-hoc projects and analysis A Critical Requirement - Data Visualisation: Elite data visualisation skills are essential for this role. You'll be expected to transform complex financial data into clear, impactful visual insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. The ability to tell a story through data is what will set you apart.
