This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that values strong customer relationships, technical excellence, and team collaboration.About the Role:As a Sales Consultant at APS Security, you will:Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clientsIdentify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through warm and cold calls, networking, and referralsConduct site surveys and prepare tailored proposals and quotationsDeliver professional sales presentations and demonstrate how our solutions meet client needsMaintain accurate records and pipeline tracking via CRM softwareFollow up on completed work to ensure customer satisfactionStay up to date with market trends, industry standards, and product knowledgeCollaborate with the wider sales team and management to support company goalsAbout You:Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry, with a history of achieving sales targetsKnowledge: System design understanding is essential, with awareness of Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Pyronix, and Galaxy productsSkills: Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and account management abilitiesLocation: Based in the East Midlands, with flexibility to travel to client sitesAttitude: Confident, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for providing the right solutionOther: Full UK driving licence requiredWhat We Offer:Commission: Uncapped earning potentialBenefits: Company car, company pension schemeGrowth: Opportunities for personal development and trainingSupportive Culture: Be part of a close-knit team committed to customer service and employee wellbeingAPS Security has been safeguarding people and property for over 25 years.
