Senior IT Solutions Engineer - GammaLabsJoin to apply for the Senior IT Solutions Engineer - GammaLabs role at Gamma.At Gamma, we’re a leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and are expanding rapidly to bring digital automation and Gamma-powered services to SMEs through a growing network of channel partners.What will you be doing day-to-day?Collaborate with Technical Leads to drive IT projects from conception to completion.Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with business objectives.Implement and manage security measures in collaboration with the security team to safeguard data and systems.Generate comprehensive reports and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, while sharing knowledge and training others.Present findings and strategic recommendations to management.Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT engineering solutions to meet business requirements.Initiate and participate in service improvement initiatives.Ensure strict adherence to change control processes.What you’ll needStrong knowledge of relevant technologies, programming languages, and tools.Experience with system architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve technical solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.Experience in managing and coordinating technical projects.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Several years of experience in a technical role, e.g., Engineering or Systems Engineering.Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure) are a plus.What do we offer you?25 days of annual leave, plus an extra day for your birthday, with a volunteer day.Enhanced maternity and paternity pay to support you as a parent.Contributory pension plan with Gamma’s contribution.Group income protection and life assurance (four times your salary).Tax-efficient share save and share incentive plans.Private medical insurance through Vitality for you and your immediate family.Electric Vehicle scheme and Cycle to Work scheme for sustainable commuting.A few things to noteWe can’t offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.This role is Hybrid from our Manchester office.If you think you could be a good fit but don’t meet all requirements, we still encourage you to apply.Gamma is an equal-opportunity employer.
