Compensation Base Salary: £37,152 plus £3,598 location allowance* Base salary is based on an average 40‑hour working week. Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £60,000. What You’ll Be Doing Communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by conveying solutions clearly and safely. Self‑starter: Work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers. Fixer / Problem Solver: Use technical expertise to resolve roadside issues or recover vehicles to a garage, enabling customers to get on with their day. What You’ll Need NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience. Full Category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. Willingness to work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
