As our Finance Systems Lead, you will own and optimise F+P's financial systems - from day-to-day administration to major transformation initiatives. Working closely with both Finance and IT, you'll ensure our data is accurate and secure, drive process improvements, and play a central role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, influence system strategy, and lead key elements of our ERP transformation programme. Financial Systems Leadership Oversee all finance systems, including ERP, accounting software and related tools. Maintain data integrity, support internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead UAT processes, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues proactively. Partner with IT on upgrades, maintenance, and technical enhancements. Process & Automation Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and automation. Establish best practices for system use and data management. Reporting & Insights Deliver accurate, timely reporting aligned with IFRS and GAAP. Build dashboards and reporting suites for senior management and project teams. Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures. Data Security & Compliance Work with IT to strengthen security protocols and support audits. Training & Support Create and deliver user training and documentation. Provide hands‑on support to finance system users. ERP Implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Act as a core member of the implementation team. Analyse legacy systems (Cygnum, Access Dimensions) and define new requirements. Lead data migration, testing, reporting configuration, and user adoption. Recognised UK professional accountancy qualification. Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Dynamics 365 highly desirable). Strong background in financial systems administration and optimisation. Demonstrated success in automation, process improvement, and reporting. Experience working with IFRS/GAAP and compliance frameworks. Confident in training, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
