You will also support staff and contribute to a high standard of professional care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily running of the acute service. Manage admissions, discharges and patient flow. Collect data, monitor KPIs and conduct audits. Manage health roster. Support and lead staff. Collaborate with Great Ormond Street Hospital and the community child development team to provide care for seriously ill local children. Work within the Acute ward and Day‑care, prioritising patient care to ensure safe standards. Qualifications Highly motivated individuals with proven clinical expertise in paediatrics.
