An exciting opportunity has become available for someone to join our dynamic team as a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) Advisor.Our role as a team is to ensure that the patient and carer voice is at the centre of all we do as an organisation. In this role, you will gain experience as a key part of the Patient Experience and Engagement Team dedicated to ensuring patient experience informs the care provided by the Trust., As a PALS Advisor, you will be integral to the Patient Advice and Liaison process within the Trust, ensuring compassionate engagement with our patients and the people who matter to them.
