Responsibilities Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to join our team supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges. As an MHT, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, therapeutic environment while helping individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills. OVERTIME ELIGIBLE: There is opportunity for overtime on various shifts if interested. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. This position qualifies for a $4,000 commitment bonus Must complete onboarding package within 7 days of job offer.
