This commitment helps us create exceptional outcomes for both clients and team members. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Manchester. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to provide tailored financial advice, develop strategies for long-term financial goals such as retirement planning, saving, investment and inheritance tax planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting on financial planning, analysing clients' financial situations, recommending appropriate financial products, and monitoring financial plans to ensure target outcomes are achieved. Working collaboratively with clients and team members is essential to success in this role. Experience working with group pension schemes will be a major benefit. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services Minimum 3 years experience advising on Retirement Planning and Investments to develop and implement effective strategies Solid background in Finance and analytical skills to assess financial situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Proven ability to work in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or an equivalent qualification are highly advantageous Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
