We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social Focus) to join our Marketing team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. What you'll need: Hands‑on executional experience across Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads essential; TikTok a plus). Experience in eCommerce or D2C environments. Strong understanding of PPC and YouTube Ads fundamentals (hands‑on experience a plus). Proficiency with Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Excellent grasp of digital data analytics and campaign performance metrics. Proven ability to translate performance data into business insights and recommendations. Understanding of how paid channels align with broader commercial goals, including revenue, margin, and profit. Collaborative mindset: able to work cross‑functionally with finance, creative, product, and CRM teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex performance data clearly and persuasively. Why we want you We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Paid Social performance. You’ll be responsible for hands‑on management of our Meta Ads campaigns – end to end from strategy and creative development to execution, analysis, and optimisation driving measurable growth in both the UK (Virgin Experience Days) and US (Virgin Gifts) markets. Alongside this, the ideal candidate has hands‑on experience of Google Ads and Google Analytics to help support our PPC agency in insights and optimisations, specifically with YouTube, Demand Gen and Paid Search campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance data, has a creative eye for testing and content, and enjoys collaborating across teams to scale high‑performing campaigns. This is a 12‑month fixed term contract, starting early 2026 (if not before) working full‑time hours (37.5 per week), hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days office based per week. Our office is in Bourne End (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS). What you'll do: Meta Ads Account Management Own Paid Social performance from strategy through to execution, with a focus on Meta platforms although we may look to expand into TikTok Ads at a future date. Build and manage structured testing roadmaps: audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and creative hypotheses. Operate across UK and US markets, adapting strategy to local performance nuances. Run incrementality and lift tests to measure true channel contribution. Confidently forecast and model Paid Social performance, linking results to business KPIs. Full Cycle Creative Production Lead and coordinate UGC content creation and influencer‑style ads that drive conversions working with our UGC partner Array. Collaborate with our internal creative teams to brief new assets based on performance data and audience insights. Participating in full‑cycle creative production and providing data‑driven decisions about further creative development. Wider Paid Media Support Support our PPC Agency and Head of Digital Marketing to optimise Google Ads (Search & Demand Gen) and YouTube Ads campaigns. Support on the creation and delivery of our YouTube and Demand Gen Creative. Use Google Analytics and Looker Studio to assess performance, attribution, and cross‑channel opportunities. Analytics on PPC and SEO through GA4 to spot opportunities across channels. Identify and share cross‑channel learnings – audience insights, creative trends, and performance patterns. Wider Campaign Management Partner with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment across all channels. Translate campaign results into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders. Support integrated multi‑channel marketing initiatives that bridge Paid Social, PPC, CRM, and product marketing. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Ecom, Partnerships, and CRM to align goals and optimise full‑funnel performance. Work with the Partnerships to share and learn insights on top performing experience and support these through reactive creative. Serve as the Paid Media expert, advising cross‑functional partners on audience strategy, creative testing, and performance insights. Reporting Take ownership of channel reporting and performance (Looker Studio) dashboards, providing regular insights and recommendations. Master creative strategy, reporting and insights sharing – you will own the paid social creative strategy, identify winners, and inform future production.
