Multi Skilled Engineer - Warrington There’s a permanent opportunity for you here at Dalkia UK to join one of our newly won accounts. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to work on our site in Warrington. The role is primarily static but will require travel to nearby sites as and when needed, a van will be provided. The Role Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone Maintaining site based records and log books Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email Hours of Work Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) There will be a 1 in 4 call out rota which will include an additional payment Additional earnings available through overtime - if wanted 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, plus option to purchase an additional 5 days leave every year Pension with matched contributions between 6-8% Life Assurance Private Medical Insurance Single Cover on completion of 12 month' service, with the opportunity to pay for additional cover for partner/dependants Flexible Benefits Scheme – including eye care voucher, store discounts for major retailers, salary sacrifice electric car vehicle lease scheme, personal IT equipment loans, impartial financial/savings guidance Access to wellbeing programmes Company Sick Pay Employee recognition programmes which reward exceptional achievements Employee Referral bonus with generous bonuses for ‘referring a friend’ The opportunity to use one working day per year volunteering to help the local community Employee Assistance Programme - free, confidential 24/7 365 support on all lifestyle matters Smartphone/ Tablet, uniform, PPE From this role you could progress into a Supervisor position if desired Qualifications and Experience Required City & Guilds NVQ Electrical Level 3 or equivalent 18th Edition Experience working in a commercial environment At Dalkia, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
