As a key figure overseeing overnight operations, you will ensure the seamless running of the hotel during the night, offering guests a warm, safe, and memorable experience — all while guiding and motivating our night team with professionalism and purpose.**What You’ll Do**As our Night Manager, you’ll lead the overnight operation across all departments, ensuring our guests continue to receive world-class service even while the city sleeps. Your role will include:* Overseeing all nightly hotel operations with a focus on service excellence and brand standards* Handling guest relations, requests, and any overnight incidents with care and confidence* Coordinating with departments including Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to resolve issues promptly* Monitoring team performance and ensuring safety, security, and service procedures are followed* Supporting financial operations by completing closing procedures and daily audits* Leading and motivating the night team, providing guidance, feedback, and recognition* Acting as a senior point of contact for guests and associates during the night hours**What We’re Looking For*** Proven experience in a similar Night Manager or Night Supervisor role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment* A confident and calm leader with strong decision-making skills* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities* Sound understanding of front office systems, guest service, and safety protocols* A natural team motivator who leads by example and upholds the values of the brand* Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences with a sustainable mindsetOur culture is caring and thoughtful, and we deliver good-natured and informed service, perfectly executed to evoke a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
