Team Leader - Thurrock Drug and Alcohol Service Location: Thurrock Salary: £30,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 1 st December 2025 Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Join us in a community-based treatment setting, supporting adults with drug and alcohol challenges. You'll be part of a service that delivers integrated, holistic interventions, covering clinical care, psycho-social support, and wellbeing programs tailored to each individual. What you'll do: Manage a small caseload and deliver client-centred treatment. Provide harm reduction advice and guidance. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver structured 1:1 and group sessions. Support and develop your team, providing supervision, training, and guidance. Occasionally conduct urine and oral swab testing to support clinical care. Work collaboratively with GPs, hospitals, mental health services, housing, employment, probation, police, and social services to help clients achieve lasting change. As a Team Leader, you'll also: Work with the Service Manager to ensure KPIs and outcome measures are met. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols. Foster strong relationships with partner agencies to deliver measurable outcomes. What we're looking for: Experience in substance use services and delivering structured interventions.
