Asbestos Removal Coordinator

A reputable provider of Asbestos Removal services in the South East of England are now seeking to take on a Asbestos Removal Coordinator. This role would suit someone who has experience working within the Asbestos Removal industry working within a co-ordination / administrative role within a fast-paced environment. It will be your responsibility to co-ordinate removal projects for a mixed portfolio of longstanding client sites, as well as organising operative schedules, keeping systems up to date and tracking the progress of projects, ensuring they will be completed in line with agreed timeframes. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Dartford, Bexleyheath, Grays, Tilbury, Orpington, Bromley, Dagenham, Hornchurch, Romford, Ilford, Barking, Maidstone, Chatham, Croydon. Experience & Qualifications Will have working within the removals industry, working as an administrator / co-ordinator. Excellent organisational skills. Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently. Excellent IT skills. Will have a keen eye for detail. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The Role Efferently co-ordinating removal projects in a fast-paced environment for various Commercial, Industrial, Public Sector, Retail, and Residential clients. Organising operative’s schedules, assigning them to sites properly. Liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out. Ensuring all systems are accurate and up to date. Keeping track of project timelines ensuring they are going to be completed in line with agreed timeframes. Working closely with Contract providing support. Preparing and amending Plans of Work as well as creating site specific RAMS for operatives. Reviewing and proof-reading reports and documents prior to sending them forward to clients. Organising and maintaining site folders. Preparing reports, documents and presentations when required.
