Strong medication management skills with a confident, safe approach. Ability to lead a team during night shifts. Experience supporting residents with varying clinical and dementia needs. Confidence managing night-time clinical decisions. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care throughout the night. Lead the night team to maintain a calm, reassuring environment for residents. Administer, manage, and audit medications with confidence and accuracy. Monitor residents’ clinical needs and respond quickly and effectively to any changes. Keep detailed, accurate care and medication records.
