City location, hybrid working (3/2).Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will have a broad role supporting the UK and international offices with:advising on both non-contentious and contentious employment matters, working closely with senior management, HR and operational stakeholdersworking closely with the HR team to draft and review policies and proceduresmonitoring and advising on any changes to employment legislationproviding advice on restructures, consultations, TUPE matters, reward, contracts and restrictive covenantsemployee relations matters, investigations, whistleblowing and grievancesYou will be 5+ years PQE with experience gained either in a law firm or in-house environment in a similar capacity as a dedicated employment lawyer.
