Job Description Homelifts Builder at Stannah – Join Our Team This job will involve travel throughout the South of the UK and is a permanent contract. You will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45 and Friday 08:00 to 15:45. A valid UK driving licence is desirable. As the Homelifts Builder you will assist the lead builder in carrying out preparatory building works in line with current building regulations, conducting pre‑build surveys, and undertaking joint pre‑build/technical survey visits as required. This role is suitable for an avid trainee labourer, trainee joiner or someone looking to develop their career by assisting the Builder in their role. Homelifts Assistant Builder Responsibilities Assist the lead builder to carry out preparatory building works in line with current building regulations. Assist the lead builder to carry out pre‑build surveys identifying any shortfalls in the scope provided by the sales team. Assist the lead builder to carry out joint pre‑build/technical survey visits as and when required. Qualifications Experience carrying out building works in domestic dwellings, ideally in loft conversions with carpentry/joinery skills. CITB CITE induction is desirable.
