OverviewAs part of the People Partnering team you will report directly into the Head of People Performance and partner with the Group Head of Logistics and the Warehouse leadership team.This role has the scope to make a huge impact on Warehouse performance as you will be partnering with stakeholders delivering people solutions and managing change aligned to business objectives and driving operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesExecute a people plan that meets the needs of the Warehouse and aligns to our overall People strategy. Main areas of focus will be managing change, employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers, driving performance and talent management. Identify and create people focused solutions and tools and ensure these are implemented and embedded effectively. Act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently.QualificationsDiverse industry & HR expertise with proven success in partnering roles in large and complex Warehouse environmentsExperience of working within a unionised settingExperience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environmentHands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including employee relations, talent management, organisational design and engagementAbility to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influenceAble to shape & lead design and delivery of initiatives / change projectsCan interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive changeAssertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacksBenefitsReward Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion - Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
