Base pay range Graduate Career Opportunities – Applications Open Until 31 December 2025 Our client is currently supporting a leading organisation that is offering several graduate positions due to commence in early 2026. They are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have already completed their degree or are on track to finish their studies before the programme begins. Candidate Requirements The client is seeking graduates who: Have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline. Hold the unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme. Possess a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle. Are able to attend the Basildon site four days per week. Available Graduate Pathway Roles Graduate Finance Analyst The successful candidate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone with strong numerical ability and an interest in building a long-term career in finance. The role provides exposure to detailed financial data, business performance insights and structured professional development, including support toward industry-recognised qualifications. Graduate Product Analyst This role involves working alongside product teams to analyse customer behaviour, assess market trends, and evaluate product performance. The position is suited to individuals who enjoy problem-solving, turning data into actionable insights, and contributing to the evolution of product offerings throughout their lifecycle. About the Client Graduates joining the company take part in a structured development programme designed to accelerate their professional capability.
