OverviewAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor to join my client\'s team in their Spalding offices.ResponsibilitiesManage client/matter files under supervision, and ensure full complianceProvide expert legal advice to a range of clients including the negotiation and drafting of documentationCarry out in an effective, efficient and timely manner the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of protecting the interests of the clientMeet agreed KPIs and exhibit a commercial approach to financial managementHelp develop new business from existing clients and other professionalsCommit to continued professional development in this specialist sectorSkills and ExperienceHave a positive approach to teamwork and an ability to develop relationshipsHave the ability to adapt to a broad range of circumstances and remain calm under pressureHave flexibility and ambitionHave a strong desire to learn and widen knowledgeHave the ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also to work with more experienced partners and fee earners on more complex and specialised matters, as requiredHave experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals, as well as a natural ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives in a dynamic wayPossess good communication skills in order to explain legal matters clearly to clientsBe discrete and have the ability to respect client confidentialityBe able to tackle tasks in a structured manner to ensure completion to a high standardDemonstrate solid organisation and time management skillsHave experience of working in a team and the ability to develop relationships with colleaguesHave proven drafting skills and attention to detailPossess sound problem-solving skillsPlease note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
