The Role:
This is a hands-on Quantity Surveyor role where you'll be trusted to take ownership of your own projects. You'll play a key role in managing costs, keeping packages tight, and making sure jobs stack up commercially from start to finish.

Perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, knows how to run projects independently, and wants to work on meaningful, technically detailed schemes - not just push paper.

The Projects:
• Predominantly new build residential and mixed-use developments, typically up to £8m
• Design & Build and traditional contracts across both public and private sectors
• Education schemes including live school environments and nursery extensions
• Healthcare and community refurbishments in operational settings
• Refurbishment and extension works with complex access and logistics
• Projects delivered for a mix of local authority, housing association, and private clients

What they're looking for:
• Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor (able to run your own jobs)
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT, D&B and traditional)
• Confident with CVRs, subcontractor accounts, and cost reporting
• Experience across both refurbishment and new build projects
