Job Overview Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will work pro-actively with business partners to analyse, prepare functional specifications, document, propose and develop software solutions for large and/or complex business processes and to provide the business with the systems and support necessary for it to achieve its operational objectives. Responsibilities Provide day to day ERP support to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows for ERP configuration and development. Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts. Assist in ERP system testing, including developing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and tracking issues. Ensure that the appropriate system security procedures are implemented within the site’s IT systems and that these procedures are documented and adhered to. Provide post-implementation support and help drive user adoption through training and documentation. Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency. Participate in CBS-driven kaizen activities and standard work adoption. Support continuous improvement projects and system upgrades. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI and Excel. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Qualifications The successful candidate will have experience relevant to the responsibilities of the role and/or be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Business Analytics. Applicants will have at least 2-years’ experience of ERP systems, business processes, data management and SQL and reporting tools. They will possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills in conjunction with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
