We are now looking for a SENDCO Lead to join our team, someone who's ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive. Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well‑being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training are mandatory for this role. Responsibilities Assist children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential. Lead collaboration with families, staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs. Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive. Lead staff meetings and facilitate multi‑agency working. Qualifications Level 3 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification and experience of working at a senior level. Detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted.
