Base pay range What you will do You will join Klarna’s Treasury business unit as part of the Capital & Funding team, where you will play an essential part in developing Klarna’s capital management strategy. You will manage the forecasting process and models across monthly reporting cycles and the long‑term business plan, oversee the monitoring of Klarna’s capital position, and lead key activities in the month‑end book close. You will also be responsible for driving stress testing to support Klarna’s Internal Capital and Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ICLAAP) and Group Recovery Plan. In this position, you will deliver high‑quality analysis and translate complex modeling into clear, actionable insights for senior management and regulatory stakeholders. Your analytical expertise and commercial understanding will help ensure that funding and capital decisions directly support Klarna’s financial and strategic goals. Who you are 5+ years of experience in a regulated financial institution with exposure to capital management Hands‑on experience developing, executing, and improving forecasting or stress testing models Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; knowledge of Python or similar programming languages is an advantage Strong analytical ability and comfort working with complex data to generate actionable insights Commercial mindset with an understanding of how business objectives impact capital adequacy and planning Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders Familiarity with capital and liquidity regulatory frameworks such as ICLAAP, Recovery Plan, and CRR/CRD Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment Awesome to have Experience working in an international financial services or fintech environment Familiarity with financial modeling tools and automation processes Experience collaborating across multiple business areas (e.g., Finance, Risk, Strategy) Interest in data‑driven decision‑making and process optimization Please include a CV in English.
