You’ll lead projects within BGEN’s client frameworks, offering expert guidance and sustainable design solutions that balance technical, cost, and schedule needs. You’ll carry out audits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, while supporting bids and reviewing tenders. From managing design subcontracts to delivering detailed electrical designs, your leadership ensures quality and efficiency. You’ll mentor team members, drive operational improvements, and provide clear, practical advice.
