A well-established interiors and refurbishment main contractor, specialising in high-quality projects across commercial and residential sectors are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. They tender projects typically ranging from £100k to £3m, delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£100k-£3m).

* Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks.

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

* Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability.

* Work closely with the pre-construction and contracts teams to ensure seamless project handover.

What They’re Looking For

* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
