Assistant Nursery ManagerLocation: Grange Park Primary SchoolWorking Pattern: Term time plus one week – 37 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08:15 – 16:00. The role is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust and will support the Nursery Manager with all aspects of the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and positive environment, culture, and ethos for children, parents, carers, and all nursery and school staff.Responsibilities include:Supporting the Nursery Manager in day‑to‑day nursery operations.Leading high‑quality practice and maintaining a well‑organised and nurturing learning environment.Promoting strong communication with families.Supporting staff in their roles and contributing to a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery on a daily basis.We expect applicants to have:A commitment to safeguarding and child protection, including enhanced DBS checks.Fluency in spoken English.Experience in nursery or early years education preferred.Strong communication and organisational skills.The Trust Child Protection Policies and Recruitment of Ex‑Offenders Statement can be found at https://www.communityacademiestrust.org/en-GB/trust-information.Community Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
