Kleen‑Tex Industries Inc is a global privately‑owned mat manufacturing company with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality floor mats worldwide. We operate in Austria, Poland, the United Kingdom, Japan, Thailand, South Africa, Brazil, and the USA. Our mats are found in every type of building and are manufactured to the highest standards of excellence, with an ‘Easy To Do Business With’ approach. This role supports the implementation of our upcoming ERP system and is based in our UK office in Birchwood, Warrington. The position requires attendance at the Birchwood office two days per week. Database Controller Role responsibilities for: ERP Support Help prepare and clean product data before launching the ERP system Work with the ERP team to ensure data meets system requirements Control master data in Business Central and the current Legacy ERP (NAVISON) and ensure it is correctly shared across locations Data Quality & Governance Set rules for managing and protecting data Use tools such as required fields and validation checks to keep data accurate Track data quality and improve it over time Global Data Coordination Be the go‑to person for master data across all company sites Ensure global standards are followed and help local teams with exceptions Work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align data with business needs Train and support local data users Support reporting and analytics with the business Compliance & Security Protect sensitive data and manage access in line with company policy Ensure all data handling follows GDPR and other regulations Requirements and skills A proven track record in data management and ERP data migration Strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central Proven experience in Master Data Governance in a multi‑site production and distribution organisation Experience with BI tools and reporting systems (Power BI, DAX, SQL, Advanced Excel) advantageous Experience building or working with ETL tools is a must Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments, locations, or countries Proactive, detail‑oriented, and technically minded with a problem‑solving mindset We provide: High Performing Culture Competitive rates of pay, dependent upon skills and experience Pension with a company contribution of up to 5% Sick Pay, Life Assurance, Private Medical Cover, and EAP 25 days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday each year Hybrid Working This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a stable, process‑driven environment where accuracy and attention to detail are highly valued.
