Associate/Assistant Golf Professional: Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club is seeking the services of an Associate or an Assistant Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team for the 2026 season. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. Day to day operations of the pro shop; including booking tee times, checking in golfers, merchandise sales. Participate in the execution of successful golf tournaments, leagues, and special events. Provide high-quality lessons and clinics to our members and public golfers while growing the game in our community. Develop and Lead our busy Junior Camp program throughout the summer months. Supervise all outside golf operations staff to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained. Responsible for opening/closing shifts in accordance with all operating procedures. Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and overall pro shop sales. Work collaboratively with our marketing manager for golf related advertising and promotions. Oversee tee-sheet management to maximize course use while maintaining pace of play and an efficient flow of the golf course. Enforce club policies and procedures to members and guests where necessary. Manage all pro shop operations in the absence of the Head Professional. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word. Tee-On experience is a benefit. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available weekends and holidays. PGA of Canada member preferred. Organized, efficient and detail oriented. Strong inter-departmental communication and support. Compensation $800-1100 per week. Full-Time Seasonal position. An opportunity exists for the right candidate to work winter hours with our golf simulator.
