Person Specification:
Holds QTS, with ECTs encouraged to apply
Dedicated, professional, and demonstrates excellent classroom practice
Holds a relevant teaching qualification and is an outstanding classroom practitioner
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire children
Has a passion for teaching and the ability to instil enthusiasm for learning in pupils
Committed to professional development and able to contribute to whole-school initiatives
Has experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and delivering high-quality learning experiences
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentKey Responsibilities:
Ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire, challenge, and support all pupils
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, using data to inform teaching strategies
Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate, contributing to a culture of continuous professional development
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive school-wide strategies for academic success
Maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
