Quality Assurance OfficerPCC are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join the Commissioning Team until 31 August 2026 to support PCC with an exciting programme of work to plan and deliver transformational change to contribute to the Welsh Government's goal of ending homelessness in Wales.Applicants should ensure they have the right to work in the UK before applying for this vacancy.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with quality assurance and audits as part of the Council's Quality Assurance Framework for Social Care and Support services.Analysing performance data, trends and information from current activity, consultation, case reviews and customer surveys, and identifying concerns to support the development of quality within commissioned social care & support services.Supporting a multi‑agency approach to the design, development and implementation of support services in a wide range of areas, including services for young people, people with disabilities, substance misuse, ex‑offenders, older people, and people fleeing domestic abuse.Supporting the Commissioning and Contract Management Officer to manage the contracts of service providers from appointment through to termination and, where appropriate, re‑modelling or recommissioning stage.Keeping appropriate records and producing detailed reports when required.Employment ChecksThis post is subject to a DBS disclosure check.Where it is appropriate for your role and responsibility, the personal information we have collected from you will be shared with Cifas, who will use it to prevent fraud, other unlawful or dishonest conduct, malpractice, and other seriously improper conduct.
