B&Q Bishop Auckland, England, United Kingdom Showroom Advisor Full time – 36.75 hours per week Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm UK Notional hourly rate £13.71 per hour Permanent contract starting 1st Feb 2026 Overview Join B&Q as a Showroom Advisor and help customers bring their boldest kitchen and bathroom ideas to life. You will use software to create inspirational designs, recommend products and finance options, and support customers through to delivery. What the role involves Ask questions to understand customer needs and explore possibilities. Recommend the right finance, products and installation options. Use design software to produce inspirational designs. Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face‑to‑face. Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery. What we need Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proficiency in using technology and design software. Motivation to meet targets and convert designs into sales. Team player with strong problem‑solving ability and keen eye for design.
