Sales Executive – Sytner Group Our Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Join us as a Sales Executive and be the key point of contact for our customers during the exciting experience of buying their car, so it’s crucial to get the service right first time and every time. About the Role Sytner MINI Wolverhampton have an exciting opportunity for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background within the automotive sector. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. On top of your salary and an achievable OTE of £42,500, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and high street retailer discounts. About You We require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role. You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
