Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Lettings: Manage and drive the sales and lettings activities of office and retail units across key areas of London, including City, East, North, and fringes.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure successful transactions.
  3. Negotiation: Lead negotiations on leases, sales agreements, and renewals, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  4. Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, advising clients on pricing, strategy, and positioning in the market.
  5. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Support junior staff, offering guidance and leadership to develop their skills and grow the team.
  6. Business Development: Actively identify new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients and listings through networking and industry contacts.
  7. Marketing & Presentation: In conjunction with the marketing team, oversee the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  8. Contract Management: Ensure the smooth processing of contracts and transactions, working closely with legal and administrative teams.
Key Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial agency specifically in the sales and lettings of office and retail units within London.
  2. Strong Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to close deals, generate leads, and meet sales targets.
  3. Negotiation Expertise: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and deliver results for clients.
  4. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the London commercial property market, particularly in the City, North, and East London.
  5. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Client-Focused: Ability to provide high-quality customer service and consistently exceed client expectations.
  7. Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
