Night Duty Manager – Hull Salary: £35,000 per annumHours: 5 over 7 nights on a rota basisLocation: Hull We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team in Hull. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the smooth running of operations during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and staff performance. Key Responsibilities Organise team rotas, handle staff issues, and authorise holidays and sick leave Interview, hire, and train new employees Evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and guidance where needed Manage department-specific initiatives to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget Provide support across departments and cover for absent staff when necessary Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations Maintain a consistent, high standard of customer service Drive marketing initiatives and promote special offers to staff and customers Stay informed on market trends to support purchase and inventory decisions Report any HSE hazards, incidents, or illnesses to your line manager promptly Correctly use all work equipment and PPE in accordance with training and safety guidelines Prepare, produce, and serve food to the site’s brand standards as required Collaborate positively with colleagues and assist with additional duties as needed Skills & Attributes Strong communication and leadership skills A positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Self-motivated with good organisational skills and initiative Knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and compliance standards Why Join Us?
