For our Leicester location, we’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Full Time Kitchen Supervisor to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Support the Head Chef with organising prep, managing sections, and maintaining standards. Train, guide and supervise kitchen staff to uphold food quality and hygiene. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste. Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices. Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with the team. Good organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a similar supervisory or senior kitchen role. Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards.
